Reimagining Employee Well-being

The AMA's well-being program reached the same 200 employees year after year. The goal was to change that.

I developed a visual system built on clean typography, vibrant color, and hand-drawn elements, reflecting that this program was personal, not prescribed. Before launch a teaser campaign built anticipation: table tents, break room posters and elevator screens. Something new was coming. The system extended across website graphics, templates, banners, window clings and environmental signage throughout the building.

Employee participation increased 40% in the first year.
